More than 225 students from disciplines across the College of Charleston campus shared their mentored research, scholarship, creative inquiry and community service projects during the inaugural EXPO, the College's most comprehensive celebration of student achievements.

Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society, welcomed 626 new initiates from 23 universities during December 2021. Students initiated into the Society must be sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate/professional students in the top 35% of their class, demonstrate leadership experience in at least one of the five pillars, and embrace the ODK ideals. Fewer than five percent of students on a campus are invited to join each year.

Over 280 students have been accepted into the College of Charleston Honors College for the Fall 2021 school year. The Honors College at the College of Charleston was recently recognized as one of the top 40 public university honors programs in the country by Inside Honors. Housed within the College of Charleston Honors College, the Charleston Fellows Program is designed to help students develop into transformative leaders within their respective communities.
